Liposomal technology allows a nutrient to be ‘wrapped up’ inside protective ‘bubbles’ called liposomes. The tiny lipomes are made up of two layers of phosolipid molecules which have an affinity with the body’s own cell membranes. They protect the Vitamin C from oxidation and from breaking down, so that it can be delivered to the cells. Liposomal Vitamin C is less likely to cause gastric irritation and also has increased absorption and bioavailability over regular Vitamin C.

See What is Liposomal Vitamin C? in our FAQ for more information on liposomal technology.
